Hey Y'all - this is Stella. Dad went for a bike ride but left his computer open. This morning he realized that the pictures he posted from Yellowstone weren't showing up on mobile devices but he fixed it so you can see the pictures now.
I heard that some of you were wondering how Rita and I were doing so I thought I should share some thoughts. At first we were a little nervous with all the activity involved with starting this journey. Now we realize how much fun it's gonna be. We've settled in to our travel days routine. Rita likes her bed under the dining table and I like mine up front by mom's feet. Great way to catch up on sleep.
Speaking of sleep, as always, we get to sleep in bed with mom and dad. Mom put the perfect ottoman at the foot of the bed to make it easy for us to get up. Then she added a big, cushy blanket that is sooooo soft. We're usually exhausted after our busy days so we've been sleeping through the night. Sometimes it so comfortable that we don't want to get up in the morning. And sometimes we take naps in our dog beds in front of the fireplace or enjoy the sun on our outside dog pads.
At home our grass area was 6 square feet but now we have over 100 square feet of fenced in yard wherever we go. This gives us a perfect outdoor spot to feel safe and secure. Dad put carpet on the RV steps which feel really nice on our feet. We have a ramp but we don't even use it anymore because the steps are easy.
You should see some of the dog parks we've been to! In Jackson, we went places that we explored off leash for hours. In Yellowstone, the dog park opened to miles and miles of open land. New smells, and trees, and logs, and holes, and trails, and grass to roll in, and mud, and water, and on and on and on. We stayed on our leashes because there could be bears in the area but we never saw them. The dog park in Bozeman is huge and I think mom is taking us to an even bigger park later today.
I mentioned mud. Well...sometimes we get a little dirty but Betty has an outdoor shower with warm water. When needed, mom gives us a bath and dad usually dries off before we run around like crazy dogs.
About 70% of RVers travel with pets so we get to meet lots of new friends. Most of them are super fun and we just ignore the ones that aren't.
Sometimes mom and dad go do stuff for the day and we get to go doggy daycare. The first place in Williams, AZ sucked but we got through it. All the other places have been great and let us play all day long! I like crazy play with the big dogs and Rita usually finds a comfy couch to hang out on. Because she's older and deaf, she just enjoys watching all the action.
Naturally, we continue to eat well! Mom makes meals from real hamburger and liver. She adds in apples, peas, and lots of other good things. I don't like the my peas so I leave those and Rita eats them. That girl will eat anything. Dad thinks we get to many treats but, thankfully, mom keeps a terrific supply and isn't shy about giving them to us multiple times a day.
In conclusion (sounds like I'm writing a college English paper), we're doing great! Living our best life so don't worry about us. Rita's mad at me because I didn't let her write something but she'll get over it. It can be her turn next time. Dad recently posted pictures of us on the "Pictures" tab but here's a few more. Take care and we'll talk again soon.

Oh good, I thought I was doing something wrong, was searching for those photos!😂😂
